So, where will your footsteps be leading you this week?
I’m walking as often as I can at the moment in preparation for the Trailwalker Challenge in July. It such a lovely time of the to be outside, observing trees and plants waking up after the winter months, listening to the birds singing plus the added bonus of saving on the cost of diesel!
There is a phrase that I am always saying and that is “something is better than nothing”, so I put this into practice yesterday. I had planned to walk 15 kilometres, 4k of these were to be during my morning running group, but a lack of inspiration to get out the door on time meant that I only actually managed just under 10k. It all adds up and is better than sitting at home on the couch.
