My thoughts are similar to Jane’s, in that September is a great time to make some positive changes in your life whether that be style, health, professional aspirations or personal goals.
My children have gone back to school now so there is routine back in our lives again, which I know is boring but I think it keeps us all on track, that’s not to say that I’m not already looking forward to a mini break at the end of September.
The regular routine has given me focus so I have re-started my Hormone Reset diet; only on Day 3 which means I have eliminated red and processed meat from my diet, but I’m looking forward to the health benefits I will receive from doing this and the messages that my body sends as to what food groups don’t serve me well. It’s a great learning experience and you become your own food detective!
Exercise wise I am training for a 10k in October and beyond that I have bigger goals but I am keeping these close to my chest for the time being, you will have to watch this space to see what 2017 holds!
