Happy Mother’s Day

I’m lucky to have shared this morning with some wonderful ladies (who also happen to be Mum’s) at my Just Joggers group. Most of them today achieved the furthest distance or longest time that they have ever run and subsequently should be very proud of themselves. Next week sees them aiming to run 5k, which I have no doubt they will complete.

My working life is spent surrounded by lovely Mum’s; on Thursday another group of ladies came to the end of their Holistic Core Restore® course and hopefully the biggest “take home” message that they learnt was that a little bit of self care goes a long way and is vital to ensure a balanced life. Just 5 minutes of meditation each day will ensure that batteries are fully charged and ready to take on anything that life throws, plus a regular bath with some Epsom Salts with improve their general sense of wellbeing

Tomorrow see’s another group who are just starting on the motherhood journey but keen to network and seek the support of other Mum’s as well as taking care of their own health and fitness.
