This Christmas I am most looking forward to taking Gracie and Archie to a Christingle service at a local church on Christmas Eve, going out for a surprise tomorrow, spending time with family/friends and of course watching them open their presents on Christmas Day.
I prefer and get more pleasure out of the simple things in life, the same is true of exercise, which can all to often get over complicated.
When I worked in a health club (too many years ago to mention) people would often leave because the neighbouring club had a better piece of equipment with more flashing lights on, but there is so much that can be achieved at home with minimal equipment. Of course, I understand that some people enjoy the social side of the gym and monthly direct debit is a great motivator to get down there 2 – 3 times a week, all I ask is that when you are considering your exercise regime you choose the path that is right for you.
