Advent – Day 18

It is so confusing now what we should and shouldn’t eat; there are a mass of diets available and not a day goes past without an article in the newspapers about what is or isn’t good for you.

In my mind I think we just need to get back to basics and eat food in it’s natural state and avoid anything processed.

We also hear a lot about super foods, have a read here and check how many of these 18 you eat on a regular basis. What do you need to eat more of?

My regular breakfast consists of 2 items on the list; broccoli and spinach with the addition of banana, making a filling and nutritional smoothie – all whizzed up an in Nutribullet.

Over the next week and to ensure your body is fully prepared for the onslaught of Christmas, try to tick as many of these foods of the list as you can.
