In my mind you can’t beat the feeling of exercising in the morning, although I have to admit the alarm going off is sometimes unwelcome and I would sooner stay in bed, however it is great to know that by 7:30am I am done and my energy levels will remain high for the rest of the day.
I wonder if you can set your alarm 20 minutes earlier tomorrow and complete a 16 minute circuit before you leave for work or the school run?
Think of four exercises, here are some ideas to get you started:
- Press Ups
- Jogging on the spot
- Star jumps (a great test to see if this class is required)
- Step Ups
Set a timer for 16 rounds (4 x 4 exercises); time on 0:45 seconds; time off 0:15 seconds and go, it’s as simple as that!
