Not what I had originally planned to write about today but when I came back from my mile run, which took just over 8 minutes followed by a 6 minute “run ready yoga” routine it seemed the perfect thing to share with you today.
14 minutes of exercise and all completed by 7:30am in the morning!
Even at this busy time of year I’m sure you can still find this amount of time at some point during your day to get out there and do something, and how good will you feel if you can start an exercise habit this side of Christmas rather than waiting until the New Year.
There is no better time to start than today!
I know that Julie and her children like to dance around the kitchen, movement is involved and most importantly they are all having fun. Watch this space as she will be writing a guest blog for me between now and Christmas Eve.
