Advent – Day 12

Has it been a busy or stressful week either with work or Christmas commitments?

Perhaps this has left you with some pain or tension in a part of your body.

Take yourself off to somewhere where you won’t be disturbed and set a timer for 12 minutes.

During this time focus on the place of discomfort and imagine a warm light clearing the pain away, leaving you relaxed and breathing steadily.

How do you feel afterwards? I would hazard a guess that you feel a lot calmer and the tension will have eased slightly. If this is the case this is a great technique to remember and use as required.
